Ordered another Cinera after I was unable to fix my previous model. Unlike my previous device where the 3D was built in it doesn't have any 3D capabilities on it despite having the 2D to 3D toggle button and the instructions manual mentioning 3D. I followed the advice of connecting to the Wifi and restarting it but no firmware update has popped up. What do I do?

Schadenfraude Hi, sorry to hear you're having this issue. There was a firmware update. That change the function of the 3D to 2D toggle switch. The new firmware has numerous changes and upgrades that you really need to make this device work properly. So I would suggest working through getting the from update installed on your device so that it will work properly. What was issue with your original device? May I ask?
